We ship internationally. Please contact our customer service team on the website for more info. Delivery to the United States typically requires 10-15 business days.

USA Shipping cost include:

  • a handling fee of $63/sq m + wood support of $21/sq m + international shipping fee

To Mid USA (zip code start with 5,6,7)

  • 150~300kg                                 $2.4/kg

To East USA (zip code start with 0,1,2,3,4)

Return Policy

Returns: We share pictures or videos of your ordered furniture for confirmation before shipping, and, as a policy, we do not accept returns.

Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact our customer service team online for assistance.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is deemed defective or damaged and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs incurred.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note that PAYA reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria.

Most orders are expected to ship 30 days after orders are placed. Every piece of wood is unique with its texture and flaws, so please expect your order will not be the same as the piece shown on our website. We will show you the finished product before shipment because customer satisfaction is our priority.
